1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://arthcomputer.in or enrolling in any computer educational course offered by Arth Computer Institute of Digital Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Academic Enrollment & Class Attendance

• Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance in theory and practical lab sessions to qualify for final module assessments.
• Batch timings are assigned during registration and any request for batch adjustments must be submitted to the institute office in writing.
• Students are expected to handle lab computers, keyboards, monitors, and networking hardware with appropriate care.

3. Fee Payment & Installment Terms

• Course fees must be remitted on or before the due dates agreed upon during admission.
• Certificates and marks cards are issued upon successful completion of academic evaluations and clearance of outstanding dues.

4. Intellectual Property

All study material, laboratory assignment sheets, software templates, and digital content published on our website or distributed in class remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arth Computer Institute. Unauthorized copying or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
